Time to finalize the current “Big Five” market cap stocks to determine if “Simple Simon” signals are visible.  If so, use SS signals to take (long) profits, dance with the Bears, or play a bounce.

Today I designed a chart featuring SPX in the top box, followed by the “Big Five”, stocks that are moving the market/indexes.

Key Points…

A.   SPX chart features previous support at the 65 EMA
B.   FB features the 20 SMA
C.   AMZN features the 20 SMA
D.   GOOGL features the 20 SMA
E.   MSFT features the 20 SMA
F.    AAPL features the 20 SMA

                  Action Points..

1.   Each featured moving average represents current support

                  2.   Set alerts for when each security hits the featured moving average
                  3.   When alerts hit, use the Simple Simon for buy or sell signals
                  4.   No need for complication-keep it simple.
                  5.   Don’t overlook option (calls or puts) premium trades

Next week, I return to our All-Star A&B and High Dividend CEF candidate plays.

Enjoy your weekend!
