ICF 10.19.16

Good Evening,

I welcome our new member from down South.  Good to have you on board!

Earlier I sent an email requesting feedback for the upcoming Futures Workshop.
Please let me know if there is any interest and if so, which month, day and time work for you. Thank you.

After Monday’s test of SPX support, today was day two of buying. Will the markets gain enough momentum to test previous resistance? OIL continued to rally and all three major indexes closed in the green.

Today I begin to analyze charts from the current
Q3 2016, All-Star B list to see if they received a Simple Simon Buy Signal after the February 2016 pullback.

This will give valuable “insight and practice” on how to analyze funds for “Garden Growing” candidates!

Tonight I feature ICFiShares Cohen and Steers REIT ETF

Key Points on ICF…
1.  Is not trading in correlation with SPX
2.  Has an inconsistent dividend amount/payment
3.  A Simple Simon Buy Signal was generated after the February 2016 pullback
4.  Since the SS Buy Signal hit, ICF ran over 20%
5.  Here is what it did in 2007-2009…check out the consistent
dividend action

Keep an eye on the monthly dividend and current price.  See if it recovers and remains a future “Garden Growing” candidate.

In November, I begin my new Simple Simon Buy/Sell System Scans. Don’t miss it!

Enjoy your evening,

David O. England
