All-Star B List NRO 12.29.16

The natural-born investor is a myth.                                          Peter Lynch

Since Lynch could be the most successful Mutual Fund Manager (Fidelity Magellan) of all time, I respect his judgment.                                     DOE

DOW 20,000 finally hit
.  The main question; where does it go from here?

Actually, it
has not hit 20,000 but profit-taking did.  I am looking for another attempt next week after (selling) profit taking ends.

I am watching BOND to see how much it goes up today to capture a special .68/share dividend.  I am not buying here since any SS Buy Signal is AWOL.
I continue to analyze individual ETPs in my All-Star B list; searching for quality “Garden Growing” candidates.

Today I focus on a “Group B” performance leader NRCNeuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund, Inc.

Key Points…

1.    Is trading with a negative -.03+ correlation to the SPX

2.    Consistent monthly dividend amount until the 33.3% jump to .04/share

3.    Had two Simple Simon Buy Signals since September 2015.

4.    No SS Buy Signal now because of a negative CMF and MACD Histogram

5.    Has an average daily volume of 190K

6.    Is an ETF

7.    Has a current distribution spread of 6.50% (9.07% – 2.57%)

Tomorrow (Friday) I wrap up the All-Star B list candidates and feature DNP.

Enjoy your week!
