Step One 2.22.17

EOM Garden Growing Prep:   Step One   2.22.17

The simpler it is, the better I like it.                                    Peter Lynch

Today I begin my application process for building gardens. Per the Peter Lynch quote, my goal is to simplify the process.                      DOE

Up to this point, we have completed research on market tops and our Fund Performance analysis.

IMPORTANT

Each day I will give a new “lesson” to build your garden. The worksheet in the “Members Vault” will be updated WEEKLY by (Saturday) for your weekend research.

If having problems downloading the “ES Allocation Worksheet” (Members Vault), you may need to click on the “Enable Editing” button in your MS Office application to access the editable “Landscape” format. It should look the same as the PDF version.

When we near the end of this series, I plan to offer an “in-person” seminar to further explain the procedure and answer all question. Since my EOM Members are located from Seattle to Florida, I am working to offer it online with only a few day delay. The location-seminar details will be finalized soon.

Here we go….

Step One

A.
Name the Garden, Account/Broker and Projected Harvest Year-see my titles on the form.

B.   Allocate the total dollar amount for your account. I am allocating and are currently transferring $10K of real money into my DOE Garden 2024 account.

C.   The first group to allocate are the Money Market Alternative Funds. I am dividing the (10%) $1,000 into 33% equating to $330, $330, $330 per fund.

D.   You can extrapolate these percentages into any amount for your account.

Tomorrow, I cover step two and analyze the entry strategy for each fund.

When my analysis is complete, I plan to compile all steps into a single PDF document, available exclusively to EOM Members.
