EOM Garden Growing Prep: Rules of the Road – ANNOUNCEMENT-Educational Sample 1.19.17

Never trust a Shepard that doesn’t smell like sheep.
                                                                                        Tommy Tenney

I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tenney who wrote the book “Queen Esther-One Night with the King,” was based on. As a historian, it is one of my favorite movies. If you know the story about Esther, you will know a true example of courage.

His quote, “Never trust a “Shephard that doesn’t smell like sheep,” moved me to make the following additions for 2017.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: To see selecting candidates and setting up a Garden Growing portfolio, I am in the process of starting a small (10K) IRA and plan to explain the complete process for building a 2024 Garden. The trades (real money) will be listed for Educational Purposes. Details to come…

This includes walking you through the “Asset Allocation Worksheet” process. I plan to design two to three sample Worksheets, as samples.

I want for all EOM members to be ready for when the next correction and retracement happens.

Step 1: Go to the “Members Vault” and download the editable version of the “Rules of the Road.” Complete in full for each account. This report details the rules you will follow to reach our financial goals.

I designed the document to see many important points. It is a lot easier to edit than to compose, so I furnished this document for you.

Each option is highlighted in yellow. Simply complete then delete the yellow highlight.

Once completed, make a copy and put in the front of each account file folder for occasional review.

QUIZ: Can you spot what question is missing? Although there were good ideas but were for building a business plan. The account Beneficiary was missing and should be there along with the log-in and password-your call. Of course, this document should be kept in a confidential place.

STEP TWO:  To help with the process, today I feature a complete “Rules of the Road” for one of my IRA (Garden Growing) accounts. Here are a few points to view. The original is for your viewing pleasure in the “Members Vault.”
